Today's musical guests are a duo called emith. Emith is songwriter Carol Ann Ives and guitarist Stevie Gurr. Carol is a newcomer but sounds like a veteran, with a gloomy vocal style reminiscent of Aimee Mann. Gurr has a longer musical resume, having toured with Elvin Bishop and Dr. John.They will be playing a House Concert at The Living Tradition in Anaheim on June 16 (tonight!) at 7:30 PM, opening for the brilliant Peter Morton.Location: Anaheim Downtown Community Center
